Adjunto la receta b\u00e1sica, y para m\u00e1s detalles remito al sitio original.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ajos<\/li>\n<li>3 Huevos<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre Solera<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Kg. de pan blanco<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Kg. de pi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poner los pi\u00f1ones en remojo 24 horas antes, los pasaremos por la batidora junto a la miga de pan, los huevos, los ajos, un poco (solo un poco en este momento) de vinagre solera y un poco agua. Mientras lo batimos iremos a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco el Aceite de Oliva Virgen extra, de este modo obtendremos una masa parecida a la mahonesa. Una vez conseguida la ponemos al gusto de agua, sal y vinagre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como guarnici\u00f3n le pondremos daditos de mel\u00f3n, manzana y pasas. Se puede adornar con una hoja de hierbabuena.<\/p>\n<p>Servir muy fr\u00edo.
